1. Scope

These terms and conditions govern all orders and the use of the Swiss Dental Wellness online shop ("we", "us", "our") at www.swissdentalwellness.ch . Any differing terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless we have expressly agreed to them in writing.

3. User account & minimum age

To place an order, you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence. You agree to provide truthful information and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account.

4. Offer, product presentation & contract conclusion

All offers are subject to change without notice. Product images may vary depending on the device. By submitting your order, you are making a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or payment confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse orders – for example, in cases of suspected misuse.

5. Prices, taxes & shipping costs

All prices are quoted in CHF. Unless otherwise stated, prices exclude shipping costs and include/exclude VAT as displayed at checkout. Any customs duties/import fees will only apply if explicitly stated. The applicable shipping costs will be shown at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Payment methods

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout (e.g., credit/debit cards, TWINT, PayPal, PostFinance). By entering your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use these methods. Payments are processed via secure, encrypted interfaces.

7. Delivery, Shipping Area & Collection

We deliver within Switzerland and Liechtenstein via Swiss Post. Delivery times (Economy/Priority) are estimates; delays may occur. Risk and title pass to the customer upon handover to the shipping provider. Collection by prior arrangement is possible at the following address: Swiss Dental Wellness, Rigiplatz 1, 8006 Zurich . 8. Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment is received.

9. Subscription Boxes

For recurring deliveries (subscription boxes), the intervals, terms, and prices displayed in the product/checkout apply. Cancellation or modification is possible at any time, unless otherwise stated, at the end of the current interval. Discounts within a subscription are valid only for the subscription period.

10. Personalized Products & Gift Vouchers

Personalized products and custom-made items are non- returnable, except in cases of justified defects. Gift vouchers are transferable but not redeemable for cash; any remaining balance remains valid until the expiry date.

11. Returns, Refunds & Reporting Defects

We offer a voluntary 14-day return policy in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy . Returns must be in their original condition; return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part. Damage in transit or incorrect deliveries must be reported within 48 hours of receipt by email to info@swissdentalwellness.ch (including photo/video and order number).

12. Warranty & Liability

The statutory provisions of Swiss law apply, unless otherwise stipulated in these Terms and Conditions. Our liability is – to the extent permitted by law – limited to direct, foreseeable damages arising from the breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages, consequential damages, and lost profits is excluded. Mandatory liability (e.g., in cases of intent/gross negligence or under product liability law) remains unaffected.

13. Intellectual property rights

All content (texts, images, designs, brands, logos) is protected by copyright and trademark law and may not be used, reproduced or distributed without our prior written consent.

14. Third-party tools & links

We may use third-party services (e.g., payment providers, analytics, marketing). These are provided "as is"; their terms and conditions apply. We assume no responsibility for external links; the respective operator is liable.

15. Data protection

We process personal data in accordance with our privacy policy .

16. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published at the time of ordering or use is authoritative. Significant changes will be indicated in the shop.

17. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

18. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, to the extent permitted by law.
